This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the digital products and resources offered by CGCEN DIGITAL LLC, (hereinafter the "Provider") through the site www.cgcendigital.com (hereinafter the "Site") to you (hereinafter the "User"). These terms and conditions are mandatory and binding. The User's use of this site constitutes agreement to all of these terms and conditions, and we therefore encourage the User to read them carefully. By using the Site, the User agrees to these terms and conditions of use, as well as to any other term, guideline, or rule applicable to all or part of this Site. If the User does not agree with these terms and conditions of use, the User must refrain from using the Site and, consequently, the digital products and resources offered.

In order to purchase digital products, request information, make commercial inquiries, contact the Provider, or access any other service offered through the Site, the User must provide certain information. The User undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date, complete, and accurate information.

The User understands and accepts that:

The User understands and accepts that:

The products offered through the Site are primarily digital products and resources, such as ebooks, guides, educational materials, templates, checklists, and other downloadable or electronically accessible content.

Once the purchase and corresponding payment have been confirmed, the User may receive a download link or electronic access to the product purchased, in accordance with the delivery method indicated on the Site.

The User understands and accepts that the availability, features, format, content, and delivery method of each product will be as indicated in its respective commercial description at the time of purchase.

Payments made by the User will be subject to the Provider's refund policy and to any non-waivable rights that may apply under applicable law.

Payment made does not create any obligation on the part of the Provider until the User has fully submitted the information and/or documentation required to provide the service, when such information is necessary.

In the event that the User continues a legal or commercial relationship outside the Provider's channels after having been contacted through those channels, the Provider reserves the right to pursue the legal and extrajudicial actions it deems appropriate to claim any amounts owed, as applicable.

The User accepts that the Provider's liability is limited under the following terms:

Regarding products and services:

The Provider, as well as its officers, representatives, staff, suppliers, or associated third parties, will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use the User makes of the products, digital resources, information, or documentation provided;
• Decisions the User makes based on the content of the products or digital resources.

Regarding use of the Site:

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, as well as its officers, representatives, employees, and suppliers, against any claim, demand, or action by third parties arising from use of the Site, breach of these terms and conditions, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication, unless applicable law requires a different procedure.

Continued use of the Site by the User will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions then in effect.
